Medical Insurance

Employees and their eligible dependents are offered comprehensive medical benefits. The Durham Company pays the entire medical insurance premium for each employee. Each employee has the option to purchase dependent coverage for their family at very competitive rates. There are restrictions on when an employee may enroll for dependent coverage. Life Insurance

The Durham Company provides group-term life insurance at no cost to the employee. The Durham Company offers its employees a 401K Savings Plan. The Durham Company matches the employees contribution 50 cents on the dollar up to the first 6%.
